MonkSweet V25 is powdered monk fruit extract with a minimum of 25% concentration of mogroside V—a specific type of mogroside that is responsible for the sweetness in monk fruit. This is a triterpenoid glycoside isolated from the extract of the fruit. MonkSweet V25 is quite sweet; approximately 150 times sweeter than sugar. MonkSweet V25 can be used as a standalone sweetener, or in conjunction with low intensity sweeteners and fibers. When combined with low intensity sweeteners like erythritol or allulose, the sweetening blend provides a neutral flavor profile that can be used as a plug-and-play replacement for sugar. MonkSweet V25 is non-GMO, kosher, and is available in both conventional and organic certified versions. Because our MonkSweet V25 is derived without the use of chemicals, it can be used to support a clean label claim.
