SteviaSweet RA99 is stevia extract powder with a minimum of 99% concentration of rebaudioside A—the sweetest steviol glycoside found in the stevia leaf. Steviol glycosides are the group of sweet constituents which reside in the stevia rebaudiana leaf, giving it its telltale sweet flavor. SteviaSweet RA99 is intensely sweet; approximately 325 times sweeter than sugar—the sweetest, most highly concentrated product in our stevia extract portfolio. SteviaSweet RA99 can be used as a standalone sweetener, or in conjunction with low intensity sweeteners and fibers. When combined with low intensity sweeteners like erythritol or allulose, the sweetening blend provides a neutral flavor profile that can be used as a plug-and-play replacement for sugar. SteviaSweet RA99 is non-GMO, kosher, and is available in both conventional and organic certified versions. Because our SteviaSweet RA99 is derived without the use of chemicals, it can be used to support a clean label claim.
