SteviaSweet RA99M is a proprietary blend of powdered stevia extract—this product blends SteviaSweet RA99 with SteviaSweet RM95. It contains a minimum of 99% concentration of rebaudioside A—the sweetest steviol glycoside found in the stevia leaf—and rebaudioside M. Steviol glycosides are the group of sweet constituents which reside in the stevia rebaudiana leaf, giving it its telltale sweet flavor. SteviaSweet RA99M is intensely sweet; approximately 300 times sweeter than sugar with fewer off-notes than any other steviol glycoside blend. Where SteviaSweet RA99M really shines is as a sweetness or flavor modulator. SteviaSweet RA99M can enhance the normal sucrose sensory response through the action of a sweetener receptor positive allosteric modulator (PAM). When you stack Reb M with other glycosides you can achieve positive allosteric modulation, thus extending the perception of sweetness through the entire flavor experience. SteviaSweet RA99M can be used as a standalone sweetener, or in conjunction with low intensity sweeteners and fibers. When combined with low intensity sweeteners like erythritol or allulose, the sweetening blend provides a neutral flavor profile that can be used as a plug-and-play replacement for sugar. SteviaSweet RA99M is non-GMO, kosher, and is available in both conventional and organic certified versions. Because our SteviaSweet RA99M is derived without the use of chemicals, it can be used to support a clean label claim.
